Ayurveda [ \ ˌī-ər-ˈvā-də ] is the oldest surviving natural health care system still practiced today. The word Ayurveda means the science or knowledge of life.  It is a lifestyle by which one can find balance, in body, mind and spirit; to live in harmony with our true nature.

The classical Ayurveda texts of this living science are more than 6,000 years old, and begin with accounts of the transmission of medical knowledge from the Gods to sages, and then to human physicians.

I customize a variety of treatment plans for today's lifestyle to assess your whole picture and integrate body, mind, and spirit using a comprehensive holistic approach by emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, breathing, and physical therapy

As a trained Ayurvedic Energy Practitioner I assess the causal body to determine blockages in the system of the energy bodies.  Blockages can come from both internal (what we ingest, free radical damage, our internal subconscious and unconscious blockages that have been passed on and not processed by previous generations) as well as external (environmental pollution, what types of energy we are around and subject our selves with, the quality of our relationship with self/others)

Traditional medicine often treats in a very isolating way addressing symptoms and not the root cause of dis-ease.

This style of "care" resorts to invasive therapies such as drugs or surgery which may have undesired side effects that impacts the body on a much deeper unseen level which reinforce trauma. While Western medicine is highly developed from a scientific manner, and has an important place in our health care, there is need to look deeper at the causes of our dis-ease and how to prevent ourselves from getting sick in the first place.  Ayurvedic Energy Medicine is a preventative style of healing that allows you to take a more proactive role in your soul and body's healing.

Human beings are a combination of molecules living by means of the pranic body, also known as life force energy, qi, circulation...Our creativity or life essence flows from our sensory system.  Our sensory system often becomes blocked, which can happen a number of ways, fear vibrations, perpetual inherited boogeymen anxiety, unresolved trauma that has not been processed, a state of shock that overactivates the sympathetic nervous system.  When our sensory system is blocked, we block our innate ability to heal and be healed by our own intrinsic design to get the energy moving and back in to alignment.

My practice is designed to free blockages to open you to inner peace and calm if you are willing to embark on digesting the work of supporting your evolution.  I will give you the tools, but I cannot implement for you.  Through my sensory ability to listen and feel in to the energy in your physical, mental, emotional, karmic, causal bodies, I will open you towards innate healing to release the dense matter that is holding you back and impeding your growth; whether those obstacles appear on the physical level (increased weight, pain, inflammation), mental level (racing thoughts, insomnia, clouded thinking), emotional layer (unfulfilled state, lack of contentment, negative relationships and attachments), and spiritual layer (depression, disconnection from spirit, Higher Purpose).

Learn more about my specific practice by visiting the "My Practice" section of this site.  And when you are ready, you can book a complimentary 15 minute conversation with me by emailing me at: OurYogaHome@gmail.com.

These calls are typically scheduled on Sunday afternoons but I have flexibility if this time does not work with your schedule.  Please note, I keep a limited client base and have regular clients currently, which allows me to give to the level that I feel is necessary to do this deep inner healing, combined with to stay best in balance, so I often operate with a bit of a wait.  I will share more about the process in a complimentary phone call.  I look forward to hearing from you, and learning how I can be of service!
